The term ‘Become Aligned’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 2 Little Oxen Craig, Aberdeenshire AB51 4LP. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

If any third party claims that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site violates their intellectual property rights, or their right to privacy, we have the right to disclose your identity to them.


We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site.


We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Viruses, Hacking and Other Offenses

Payments and Refunds
​

All services must be paid for in full prior to the start of the service. This includes but is not limited to all coaching services, reiki treatments, health supplements, wellbeing events and purchases of online materials.

No refunds are provided for services, which include but are not limited to coaching, reiki, health supplements and wellbeing events unless there are exceptional circumstances which mean that the client cannot complete the duration of the agreement.

No refunds are provided for the purchase of materials or online courses.

​

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
​

The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.


These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law.
